ReplyDeleteWe could advertise it on our school website and we could add more exciting things on to the blog and have a random video that we get from youtube or something its not just for others to learn. We could get more views and keep people to keep checking it out.

ReplyDeleteIn my opinion, I would say to make the blog more "alive". By saying this, I mean that you should make the background a different color, not just white. It would probably make the kid's writing pop out and it would grab people's attention. Also, I would maybe have the kids add some "exciting" words to make their writing more interesting and bloggers would want to read what they have to say. :)
ReplyDeleteI would make the blog more interesting with more like color in the background instead of white and a lot of the posts kind of start with "today was just an ordinary school day" or something like that so I would make us start with a different beginning.

ReplyDeleteI think that there should be other things besides just daily blogger and our blogs to look at. Maybe a poll? Also, I think this blog needs some color. It also should be put on the main page so other people can know about it.

ReplyDeleteTalk about the activities (sports, speech, etc.) and for everyone to go back through their writing to make sure it makes sense and that they use correct grammar.
ReplyDeleteI would improve the blog by adding more links and fun videos to our website. Another thing would be to add our poetry apps review on our blog. This would should the world some new ways to learn and maybe inspire other schools to go to 24/7 learning or even using iPods or iPads. We could also add a picture photo-stream of some of the things going on in our school.
ReplyDeleteI think it needs more color. . I like what Cierra said, make the colors pop maybe like neon colors. And a lot more pictures to show what we have been doing.
ReplyDeleteOne thing I think we could do to improve our class blog is by trying to advertise it. We could put a link on the homepage or put a link in angel. It might be of interest to others if we had something like Mr. Hostert's jokes or things like that.
ReplyDeleteI would like to make the blog more colorful!! We could color the font and hook the readers in by having a cool background and cool fonts. I wish people would talk more about other things than just a list of what we did in each class.

ReplyDeleteI think you should change the background to a different style and color. The writing should be descriptive and needs to bring you in. We all shouldn't start with on our writing with "In English class". It would benefit our writing.

ReplyDeleteTo maybe have some fun games or ideas on our blog. With the games it could be learning games to help us for what is coming up on the day the person posts. Like a test. Also have maybe some videos that show what we are doing. Those would be neat to look at. Also I agree with some of the other people more colors.

ReplyDeleteI feel the blog is sort of seen more as a punishment than a reward. by saying this I mean being a daily blogger just adds to the amount of homework you have. So most students rush through their blog post. but lets be serious maybe a paragraph about our homework but really a whole post is just a waste of pixel's. We don't want to read about your math assignments. We want to hear about feelings and things like that. We need to open our eyes when posting to the blog instead of saying what funny thing that happened in class which 50% of our grade saw also. we should have to write about more.

ReplyDeleteWe could add some widgets to make it more fun, such as the Shelfari widget. You can put books the class has read on a shelf to add to the blog. Also when you are the Daily Blogger, go to a friend or a teacher to help proofread and make revisions. [:
