It's all the same. Nothing going on at O'Neill High. Well, except for English class. Today, we began to learn to make an essay for a Patriotic Essay.
It's a contest where you can write why your proud of your country. Mrs. Morrow explained the rules and how to get started on it.
One of the rules was that we could only have between 300-400 words. No more, no less.
We can also interview someone who has lived in this country for a while or someone who knows a lot of America's history.
We 8th graders should start thinking on our essay. Who knows what new surprise will enter the English classroom tomorrow. After all, everyday brings a new adventure.
